Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding, film en français - Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff) était censé avoir péri dans un accident de bateau à la fin de la 10e saison de Baywatch. Cependant, il se trouve qu'il avait seulement amnésie et a été récupérer dans un hôpital de Los Angeles. Sa nouvelle fiancée, Allison Ford (Alexandra Paul), ressemble à son ancien amant, le lieutenant Stephanie Holden (également joué par Alexandra Paul), qui est décédé au cours de la septième saison de Baywatch. Cependant, elle collabore avec un vieil ennemi de Mitch, le reste des morts-vivants Mason Sato (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) à partir de la deuxième saison, pour se venger de Mitch.
