Dead Awake, film en français - Dylan, un jeune homme travaillant dans une entreprise de pompes funèbres, tente de percer un mystère qui a brisé sa vie dix ans plus tôt. Après truquer son propre enterrement pour voir qui va apparaître, il se lie d'amitié un junkie de rue mystérieux et est réuni avec un ancien amour de son passé. La vie de ces trois personnages sont transformés par des forces surnaturelles que Dylan découvre que personne ne soit à qui ils semblent être.
