Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell, film en français - Baron Victor Frankenstein, détenu dans un hôpital psychiatrique sous le nom de Victor Carl, continuer à faire des expériences. Avec l'aide de Simon Heider, un jeune médecin, pour mener à bien un nouveau projet qui utilise le corps comme un cochon de Guinée pour une procédure violente. Il collabore avec eux la belle Sarah. Les mains d'un artisan et le cerveau d'un brillant professeur complètent le corps de la créature. Ceci est la dernière de nombreux films du Marteau Frankenstein.
