Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, film en français - Michael Myers, un psychopathe qui a tué seize personnes, a finalement été capturé par son propre médecin, le Dr Lomis. Après avoir passé dix ans de prison dans une prison à sécurité maximale, Myers est déplacé, catatonique, l'Institut mentale Richmond. Mais échappe inexplicablement à nouveau afin de tuer son seul parent vivant, sa nièce Jamie Lloyd. Dr Lomis essayer à nouveau de le rattraper.
