LE FILM - SYNOPSIS ET DÉTAILS DU FILM
Killer Flood: The Day the Dam Broke, film en français - Lorsque le barrage dans la ville de Rutland commence à montrer des signes d'usure. David Powell, l'architecte qui a d'abord travaillé sur le barrage, mais a été enlevé et qui a quitté la ville après qu'il était noir en boule par Walker, l'homme qui ne se soucie que réaliser un profit; retours. Il insiste sur le fait que le barrage être vidangé et inspecté, mais Walker affirme qu'il serait trop long et serait trop coûteux. David va à la digue et remarque quelques anomalies. Il tente alors de mettre en garde le député-maire qui se trouve être son ex-femme, mais de la colère, elle refuse d'écouter. Aussi David tente de renouer avec son fils qui en veut à sa désertion.
