Love and Other Drugs, film en français - Maggie (Anne Hathaway) est une femme indépendante qui a décidé de vivre sans contraintes. Mais sachez Jamie (Jake Gyllenhaal), un jeune homme dont le charme irrésistible fonctionne non seulement avec les femmes, mais aussi dans le monde impitoyable des ventes pharmaceutiques. La relation entre Maggie et Jamie, à la surprise des deux, conduit à l'amour. Le film est basé sur une histoire vraie de Jamie Reidy, un vendeur de Pfizer (société pharmaceutique qui est en vente Viagra), qui a mis en lumière certaines des pratiques des sociétés pharmaceutiques.
