Mulberry Street, film en français - Un mystérieux virus, porté par des rats mutants, crée pandémonium à New York dans lesquelles les victimes de morsures de rat se transforment en rats mutants homicides. Ce film est centré sur six locataires d'un petit complexe d'appartements dans le Lower East Side Mulberry Street comme ils se battent pour survivre à la nuit contre les rats et en multipliant rapidement mutants cannibales.
