Sally of the Sawdust, film en français - Le juge Foster jette sa fille parce qu'elle a épousé un homme de cirque. Elle quitte sa petite fille avec le Prof. McGargle avant qu'elle ne meure. Des années plus tard Sally est une danseuse avec qui Peyton, un fils de l'ami de juge Foster, tombe en amour. Lorsque Sally est arrêté McGargle prouve sa véritable filiation.
