Straight Talk, film en français - Petite ville honnête et franc Shirlee Kenyon mandrins son petit ami et se dirige vers Chicago. Ayant accidentellement d'accueillir un téléphone dans le show-problème de radio, il est clair qu'elle est un produit naturel et est embauché sur place. Mais la station elle-même insiste sur le fait appeler docteur, et que sa popularité grandit un journaliste local commence à creuser pour la vérité. Le problème est, plus il est autour d'elle plus il la croit.
