LE FILM - SYNOPSIS ET DÉTAILS DU FILM

The Last King of Scotland, film en français - Nicholas Garrigan est un jeune médecin écossais qui, à la recherche de nouvelles expériences, voyages à l'Ouganda dans les années soixante-dix à travailler dans l'aide humanitaire. À l'arrivée doit rencontrer Idi Amin, le nouveau dirigeant du pays, qui a subi un accident grave quand il est écrasé sa voiture avec une vache. Cette première réunion fascine le leader et de Nicholas de devenir son médecin personnel.  Le jeune homme est séduit par la personnalité captivante du gouverneur et est rapidement devenu son confident le plus proche. Nicholas Mais finalement il se rend compte que derrière le charme et la générosité d'Idi Amin, un meurtrier sanglante et atroce se cache. Son intention est de sortir dès que possible l'horreur qui cache l'un des pires régimes en Afrique. Mais peut-être qu'il est trop tard.
