Lady Nancy Brocklebank Donald tombe très malade et doit tout organiser pour une infirmière pour prendre soin de sa mère. James tente par tous les moyens de prouver à son père qu'il est un adulte responsable. Mais James a accidentellement laissé hors de la maison de soins infirmiers à Marie, sa mère se détériore, les nerfs et augmentation état mental jeune commence dangereusement à mélanger réalité et fiction, dans un cauchemar infernal ...
