The Return of the Pink Panther, film en français - Un diamant précieux connu sous le nom "Pink Panther" a été volé, avec seulement un soupçon: un gant blanc, signature sans équivoque du voleur de renommée mondiale surnommé "Le Fantôme" (Christopher Plummer). Bien que l'on croyait qu'il avait pris sa retraite à l'inspecteur Clouseau (Peter Sellers), il est le principal suspect. Déterminé à effacer son nom, «Phantom» est lancé à la recherche du vrai voleur et astuces Clouseau avec un certain nombre de fausses pistes.
