LE FILM - SYNOPSIS ET DÉTAILS DU FILM
The Sinking of the Laconia, film en français - Deux épisodes des séries télévisées. Le 12 Septembre 1942, le Laconia, un bateau de croisière transformé en transport de troupes, a été torpillé et coulé par le sous-marin allemand U-156, commandée par Werner Hartenstein. 1621 personnes sont mortes et ont survécu à 1104. La plupart des passagers étaient des femmes, des enfants, des soldats blessés et prisonniers de guerre italiens. Après l'effondrement, Hartenstein, plutôt que de laisser leur sort aux survivants, il a décidé de sauver autant de vies que possible. Une véritable histoire de l'humanité inhabituelle au milieu de la cruauté de la guerre.
