The Yellow Handkerchief, film en français - Situé dans l'actuel sud des États-Unis, Les étoiles de Yellow Handkerchief William Hurt comme Brett Hanson, un ex-détenu qui se lance dans un voyage sur la route. Hanson attelages un tour avec deux adolescents en difficulté, Martine (Kristen Stewart) et Gordy (Eddie Redmayne) traversant après l'ouragan Katrina, la Louisiane dans une tentative de parvenir à son ex-femme et l'amour perdu depuis longtemps, mai (Maria Bello). Sur le chemin, les trois réfléchir sur leur existence, lutte pour l'acceptation, et trouver leur chemin non seulement à travers la Louisiane, mais à travers la vie.
