This Must Be the Place, film en français - Cheyenne est une ancienne star du rock. Malgré ses cinquante, il conserve une image gothique et vit à Dublin les droits d'auteur. La mort de son père, avec qui il avait pas de relation le mène à New York, où il découvre que son père a vécu avec une obsession: venger une humiliation qu'il avait subie. Cheyenne décide de faire que le désir de vengeance, mais cela devra embarquer dans un voyage à travers l'Amérique.
